I know you have introduced VSS which is great. I was just wondering if you have an solutions for backing up a live Linux server that is running MySQL. Also, Is it possible to pause the instance and take a snapshot?

Can you add the New US East (Ohio) in the Copy to region drop down?

When creating a snapshot and using the shutdown and start I want to understand the shutdown better. Is it a clean server shutdown or does it put it in a pause state?
