To run AutomatiCloud you don't need any direct connectivity to your instances. But you need internet access to AWS services. Try openeing the AWS console and check your firewall and proxy settings.

This message shows up when AutomatiCloud is not able to login to AWS services. Please check your firewall and proxy settings.

Unfortunately Amazon offers no tools to sees what's happening behind the scenes of their replication. You should open a support case and ask them for help. As these numbers are relevant for the invoicing they should handle it with priority even if you don't have a support contract.
