This tag is needed by AutomatiCloud to do internal housekeeping. You can not stop this. You can delete the tag but this result in AutomatiCloud not being able to delete unused snapshots anymore.

How did you create the AMI?
A: Using a "Backup EC2 Instance Job" and manual AMI creation in AWS console?
B: Using a "Create AMI Job"?

Please try option B and see if this works.

Can you please open the EC2 dashboard in AWS console and select Images/AMI. Now you should see all your AMIs. Please check the "Platform" column. Is this "Windows"?

I need your support in moving this install from my desktop my laptop PC.

I have used this software on a desktop and now I am using laptop , since this is used only for 1 license.. how do I move the install/setup of this?
