Re: snapshots not deleted
Hi Effy,
which version are you using?
Is this an EC2 or RDS snapshot job?
Does this also happen with new jobs you create?

Hi, I've been using AutomatiCloud for the last few weeks, and suddenly discovered the retention rate setting doesn't work, and I now have tons of snapshots. When I start the application, and define the "Delete after - days", it never saves the days number. When I click on "Update"...

Re: AutomatiCloud as a service?
Hi, AutomatiCloud has a user front end (AutomatiCloud.exe) where you can add and edit your jobs. All jobs are stored in a local database. AutomatiCloud as a service?
Hi Support I’m currently trialling v3 of the software which seems to do everything I need. However, is there an option to run the software as a service? If I close the interface it seems to stop completely, ideally it would be good if we could run this as a service so it’s always running in the back...

credentials?
Hi.
I am wondering what credentials are needed for connection and use. I am currently using a user made for this but the program states credentials are invalid.
Thank you.

How do you use the tags effectively
How do you use the tags effectively as I have a number of instances that don’t need to be running so wanted to use a tag to only apply start/stop based on this tag but not all that clear to me how to set the value of the tag!!
