I have a syslog server running, i'd like to output the logs to that, what is the string required in ACSvc.exe.config to pipe to syslog?

What type of job are you using? The "Create AMI" job does not support the "Copy to Region" option.

yes, you can do an inplace upgrade. all jobs and data will by migrated automatically. You can use AutomatiCloud without a license(file). For some advanced featues you need a license. V3 licenses are not valid for V4. V4 licensing is online and does't need a license file anymore. Please delete the o...
