I have a syslog server running, i'd like to output the logs to that, what is the string required in ACSvc.exe.config to pipe to syslog?

yes, you can do an inplace upgrade. all jobs and data will by migrated automatically. You can use AutomatiCloud without a license(file). For some advanced featues you need a license.
