hello,
I have version 3 license, when I open the application I get the popup of a new version..
when I try to download the new application version using the same user and email I registered I get an error "This email address has already been used."
Can you please explain how to upgrade the new version?

You don't have to register again. Please use the link you received by mail. It will always point to the latest version.
