Run Job Now Does Nothing

I just installed the latest version of AutomatiCloud on my Win2012 EC2 instance. I created a job and wanted to test it by right-clicking and hitting "Run Job Now". It does nothing. I checked the snapshots screen in the AWS console and there's nothing being created either. I'm going to see if the job runs on its own tonight.

Please check the log file of the background service. You can find it in the help menu.

The scheduled job ended up doing nothing. I have the recommended policy in place for access. Not sure what else to look for.

What job type do you try to start? There is a known bug in 3.2.620 "Backup EC2" jobs not starting if you uncheck the stop/start option. This will be fixed in the next version.
