Where do I get the VSS agent install from?

Hi,

I've upgraded from 3.2 to 3.3 and want to make use of the new VSS agent feature. However I can't find a download/install for the agent?

Any update on this? It looks like the web site has had some updates but I still can't see how to get the VSS agent?
