delete after not working

hello,

i have a problem while using AMI backup and "delete after" in Ireland region. (the same task work in other region).
according to the following post "'Delete after' not applied to snapshots copied to other region" it was fixed in version 3.3.822, i'm using that version and still have this issue.

What type of job are you using? The "Create AMI" job does not support the "Copy to Region" option.
