Transfer to new server

Hello,

We need to move the AutomatiCloud installation to a new server. What is the best way do this ensuring we don’t lose our existing jobs?

Please install the software on your new computer and make sure that you use the same email for the registration dialog.

All jobs, logs and config data is stored in a local database file: %programdata%\AutomatiCloud\automaticloud.sqlite

Stop the GUI
Stop the AutomatiCloud background service (ACSVC) on both systems
Copy the database (see above) to your new computer
Restart the background service on the new computer
Disable the background service on the old computer
