Got an error with failure of an RDS snapshot.

Exception: cannot create more than 50 manual snapshots
Job Type: Create RDS Snapshot

Logged in, and found that even though the job said to delete any snapshot older then 15 days, it wasn't deleting snapshots.

I think this is the issue - I am getting a message "backup is not authorized to perform: rds:ListTagsForResource on resource"
