Download new version?

When launching the app, I am prompted to download the new version. I don't see where I can do that on the page I am linked to.
Please help this blind person out.

please use the link you received by mail. It will always point to the latest version

Thanks. I found my original email and it downloads version 3.1 when I am currently running 3.2.620.1947.
