Query over free licence limitations

Hi,

The free license says "Start/Stop EC2 instances (1-2 cores)". Does this mean that I can start/stop any number of instances that have up to 2 cores?

So for example, if I have 5 m4.large, 5 m3.large instances I can manage them all, and anything below that?

yes, you can start/stop any number of instances that have up to 2 cores.
