I just tried upgrading from 3.2 to 3.3. It appears to work but the app then won't run correctly and comes up with a dialog saying it can't find the AutomatiCloud MSI file.
To work around this I completely uninstalled 3.2 and even manually deleted the folder from the Program Files directory. I was then able to install 3.3 fresh.

FYI I was just able to upgrade from 3.2.638 to 3.3.780 successfully.
