Hello,
I just installed your product (version 3.3.822.1025) on my Windows 10 system. It has ASP .Net 4.6 installed. It is on our company network that has a vpn connection to our AWS VPC. I am having a problem trying to create any type of job. When I click the Add button and select any of the choices, nothing happens. I don’t get any popup w/ a new menu to enter any information. I did enter in my AWS Credentials and was able to send an email.
I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but still get nothing. Is there any other things that may need to be installed?

To run AutomatiCloud you don't need any direct connectivity to your instances. But you need internet access to AWS services. Try openeing the AWS console and check your firewall and proxy settings.

I don't even get far enough to warrant connecting to any of my instances. Nothing happens when I click the Add button. I do have internet connectivity to our VPC.

this was a user error. I had selected the wrong region when entering my credentials.
