Not receiving emails

I sent support and email, but didn't get a response, so I'll post here in hopes for some help. I'm not receiving emails from my EC2 backups. I get emails when I do the email test, but not from the actually backup jobs. When I look at the logs of my email server it shows that the login is successful for the test, but fails for the backups. Is the backups using a cached password?

There is no cache for passwords. Do you use multiple settings? Each settings has its own user/password pair.
