Additional features for license

Hi Support,

Signed up for this tool,it's a very good tool and after installing this tool the very 3rd day it was showing me this POP-UP can you please tell me particularly that what functionalities will be disabled after finishing my trial period of 15days because i am very interested to use this tool on my work location,does this automaticloud license may cost and let me know the cost of license also.

It would be very helpful to me if you provide me some information about this thing.
