New EBS volumes not being selected for snapshot

Hi,

I use AutomatiCloud for taking snaps of my EBS volumes using a tag.

However, I've found that some new EBS volumes I've created are not being selected for the weekly snapshot. Is there something I need to do to update the job?

The selection of the volumes based on a given tag is done during job execution. So there is no need to update the job. If there are volumes missing you should double check that you have set the correct tag. You need to tag the volume not the instance!

Thanks for the response.

The volume is definitely tagged, but it just isn't recognizing new volumes. Any other suggestions?

Can you please post a screenshot of your job definition in AutomatiCloud and of the tags of the volume in AWS console.

Apologies for the delay in responding. Attached are screenshots of one of the volumes that is not being snapped. 25 of the 30 volumes work, this is one of the ones that doesn't.

Do you have a license? Creating snapshots for volumes larger than 500MB requires a license.

The license is not installed correctly:

Please make sure that the license file is located in the program directory.
